Dashboard

This guide presents the HtkDoli dashboard, the central point of the application offering a quick overview of your company's activity and your key indicators from Dolibarr.

General Overview

As soon as you log in to the application, you arrive on the dashboard. This is a control center designed to give you immediate access to the most important information from your different Dolibarr modules. The data presented depends on your user's permissions.

The dashboard centralizes various information, including:

  • The state of your finances (bank balances, unpaid invoices).
  • Commercial activity (today's orders, quotes and orders).
  • Your current and overdue tasks.

The screen is organized from top to bottom into several blocks: a header (your company's logo and name), a Synchronization card, the Key Indicators grid (tiles), then — if your profile has commercial permissions — four charts and the list of today's orders. A Pending Tickets section appears if your profile has technical permissions (tickets, projects, interventions).

Synchronization

Just below the header, a synchronization card shows the state of the data:

  • A status label: Up to date, In progress... during a sync, or Stale data if the last sync is more than 10 minutes old.
  • The number of pending items (local changes not yet sent to the server).
  • The date of the last synchronization.
  • A Details button that opens the full synchronization screen.

If the data is more than 10 minutes old, a message recommends a manual update.

Key Indicators (Tiles)

The main information is displayed as "tiles" (or cards) in the Key Indicators section, allowing quick reading. Each tile highlights a key figure (an amount or a counter) and acts as a shortcut: tapping it opens the corresponding list (invoices, orders, quotes, projects…) with the appropriate filter.

Many tiles are available. Here are the main categories:

  • Finances: Bank Balance, Revenue (Month), Revenue (Year), Unpaid Invoices, Overdue Invoices, Paid Invoices (Month).
  • Sales: Orders in progress, Orders (Today), Orders (Draft), Quotes to sign, Signed quotes, Billed quotes, Quotes (Draft), Quotes (week), Unsigned quotes over 2 months, Unsigned quotes past their date.
  • Expenses: Reports to validate, Reports to pay.
  • Tickets: Open tickets.
  • Tasks: Tasks in progress, Tasks to do, Tasks assigned to me, Overdue tasks assigned to me, Overdue tasks (global).
  • Projects and contracts: Draft project, Open project (in progress), Closed project, Project open for more than 1 / 2 / 3 / 6 / 9 / 12 / 18 / 24 months, Contracts in progress.

If an indicator needs your attention (such as overdue tasks, overdue invoices, or expense reports to pay), the corresponding tile appears with an alert color for better visibility.

Activity charts

In addition to the tiles, the dashboard embeds four charts (visible if your profile has commercial permissions). They are computed from the locally cached data — no extra network call.

Evolution (last 6 months)

Grouped bar chart Cashed revenue vs Expenses over the last 6 calendar months. Revenue aggregates validated and paid client invoices; expenses aggregate validated and paid expense reports. Useful to spot peak months and deficit months at a glance.

Sales pipeline (90 days)

Horizontal funnel showing the conversion Quotes → Orders → Paid invoices over the last 90 days. Each stage renders as a bar proportional to the largest stage, and the conversion rate between consecutive stages appears as a percentage. Useful to spot bottlenecks (e.g. many quotes but few signed orders).

Client invoice status

Donut chart breaking down your active invoice portfolio into four actionable categories:

  • Draft (gray) — not yet validated.
  • Unpaid (orange) — validated, awaiting payment.
  • Overdue (red) — unpaid with a due date in the past. This bucket is computed automatically and corresponds to your priority follow-ups.
  • Paid (green) — payment received.

The donut center shows the total number of invoices. The legend lists each slice with its € amount.

Top 5 clients (last 12 months)

Horizontal ranking of the 5 clients who contributed the most paid revenue in the last 12 months. Client names are resolved from the local ThirdParty cache. Handy to track client dependency and plan commercial follow-ups.

Today's orders and Pending tickets

Below the charts, the Today's orders card lists the orders created today (up to 5), each opening its detail view. If your profile has technical permissions, a Pending tickets card lists your open tickets in the same way. When there is nothing to show, an empty-state message tells you so.

Customization and Shortcuts

Because each user has different needs, the Key Indicators grid is customizable.

Edit the dashboard

You can choose which tiles to display and in what order.

  • By tapping the customization button (the sliders icon at the top right of the header), you open the Customize screen.
  • This screen shows two lists: the Displayed tiles and the Hidden tiles. A toggle on each row moves a tile between the two lists.
  • In the Displayed list, drag tiles to reorder them.
  • A Reset button restores the default layout (all tiles visible in the original order).
  • Your viewing preferences are saved locally and associated with your profile.

Data refresh

The dashboard displays the latest data synchronized with your Dolibarr server. To refresh, pull the screen down (pull-to-refresh gesture). This triggers a delta synchronization: only the data changed since the last sync is fetched, which keeps the operation fast even on a limited connection.

⚠️ The indicators and charts only reflect data already synchronized locally. If a record was just changed on the server, it will appear only after a synchronization.
