All content on the HTKapp.com website (text, images, logos, icons, design) is the exclusive property of HTKapp, unless otherwise stated. Any reproduction, even partial, is prohibited without prior written authorization.

The third-party trademarks mentioned (Apple, App Store, Dolibarr…) belong to their respective owners.

Personal data

The support form is the only place on this website where personal data is collected. When you use it, we record your name, email address, the application concerned, the type of request, and the subject and content of your message.

This information is used solely to handle your request and reply to you. The processing rests on our legitimate interest in providing support for HTKapp applications. It feeds our internal request-tracking tool and is sent to us by email; all of it remains hosted on our own servers at Scaleway SAS, in France. It is never sold, rented or shared with third parties.

Your IP address is held in memory for a few minutes to curb abusive submissions, and may appear in the server's technical logs. Support requests stay in our tracking tool for as long as the application concerned is supported: that is what lets us find the history of a problem during a later exchange. You can ask for their deletion at any time, and we comply without condition.

The applications available on the App Store may, depending on their nature, process data locally on your device: each has its own privacy policy.

In accordance with the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL. To exercise these rights, contact us at contact@htkapp.com.
