Contacts Module
The Contacts module is the directory of people in your Dolibarr: the people attached to your third parties, and those who belong to none.
Draft page. It covers the list and the record; quick actions and the creation form are still to be written.
The list
Contacts are grouped by initial, with an index that jumps straight to a letter. Each row shows:
- the contact's name;
- their job title, when filled in;
- the company they belong to — or "No third party" for an independent contact;
- their email address.
Search, sorting and refresh sit in the top bar, as in the other modules.
The contact record
The record shows the contact's identity and status, then:
- a "Mail" shortcut that opens a new message straight away;
- tappable contact details — tap a number to call, tap an address to write;
- the Dolibarr record identifier;
- attached documents, which you can view and add to from your phone.
The share button at the top sends the record to another app.
Contacts and third parties
A contact attached to a third party also appears in that third party's record, under Contacts. Both views show the same Dolibarr data: editing one updates the other at the next synchronisation.
