Warehouses Module (Stock)

The HtkDoli Warehouses module lets you view and manage your warehouses (or storage points) along with the related stock movements. Each stockable product can be split across several warehouses; this module gives the per-warehouse view.

Interface and Features (List)

The main view shows the list of all the warehouses configured in Dolibarr.

  • Search bar: Search by warehouse name, reference, postal code or town.
  • Sorting:

  • The movement label (reason).

Each row is tappable to navigate to the product sheet.

  • Downloading.
  • Adding new documents.

Available Actions

From the floating header:

  • Edit: Full edit of the warehouse sheet (stock.creer permission). The edit form groups together: reference and label (required), Open/Closed status, description, contact details (phone, fax), and address & location (location/placement, address, postal code, town, country code).
  • Delete: Permanent deletion (stock.supprimer permission).

Creating a Stock Movement

From the warehouse sheet (the "+" button in the Movements section) or from a product sheet (the Stock correction action), a dedicated screen lets you record a movement.

The screen offers a segmented selector with two movement types:

  • Correction: Manual stock adjustment (increase or decrease).
    • Choice of Add (+) or Remove (-).
    • Selection of the warehouse concerned.
    • Entry of the quantity.
    • Entry of a label (reason), pre-filled with "Stock correction".
  • Transfer: Moving stock from one warehouse to another.
    • Selection of the source warehouse.
    • Selection of the target warehouse (which must differ from the source).
    • Entry of the quantity to transfer.
    • Entry of a label, pre-filled with "Stock transfer".

⚠️ No unit price is entered when creating a movement: only the product, the warehouse (or the source/target pair), the quantity and the label are recorded.

Product Selection

  • If the movement is created from a product sheet, the product is pre-selected.
  • Otherwise, a selector lets you search for the product in the catalog.

Offline Behavior

The movement is saved locally and then pushed to Dolibarr on the next synchronization. A success notification confirms the immediate local save.

Rights and Permissions

  • Read: Read permission on the Stock module is required to display the list.
  • Create / Edit: The "+" button in the top bar and the edit action are conditioned by the stock.creer permission.
  • Delete: Conditioned by the stock.supprimer permission.

Synchronization

  • List paginated by 50.
  • The stock movements and the documents attached to a warehouse are loaded when the sheet is opened.
  • Movements created on the go are queued and synchronized automatically to Dolibarr.

Open / Closed Status

A warehouse that is closed in Dolibarr remains viewable but cannot receive new movements. The status badge on the list and the sheet reflects this setting.
