Getting Started

Prerequisites

Before you begin, make sure your Dolibarr server meets these conditions:

Dolibarr recent version installed and accessible over HTTPS
REST API module enabled in Home → Setup → Modules → Other → REST API
An API key generated for your user account (My profile → API key)

1. Connecting to your server

On first launch, the "Sessions space" screen appears. Tap the + button (or "Create a session" if the list is empty) and fill in:

Server URL — e.g. https://dolibarr.mycompany.com
API key — generated from your Dolibarr account
Profile name — to identify the company if you manage several

Tap Test connection to validate, then Save.

2. Multi-sessions

If you manage several Dolibarr companies, create one session per server. Switch from one to another from the "Sessions space" home screen, which lists all your sessions.

3. Offline mode

HtkDoli automatically synchronizes your data at startup and each time you come back online. In offline mode, the changes you make are saved locally and synchronized as soon as the connection is restored.

To force a manual synchronization, pull the screen down (pull-to-refresh).

The main screen is organized by module. To switch from one module to another, open the "More" screen: it presents a grid of modules from which you access Third parties, Products and the other modules enabled on your Dolibarr.
