Dashboard
This guide presents the HtkDoli dashboard, the central point of the application offering a quick overview of your company’s activity and your key indicators from Dolibarr.
General Overview
As soon as you log in to the application, you arrive on the dashboard. This is a control center designed to give you immediate access to the most important information from your different Dolibarr modules. The data presented depends on your user’s permissions.
The dashboard centralizes various information, including:
- The state of your finances (bank balances, unpaid bills).
- Commercial activity (daily orders, commercial proposals).
- Your current tasks and delays.
Statistics and Tiles
The information is displayed in the form of “tiles” (or cards), allowing quick reading. Each tile highlights a key figure or alert. Here are examples of indicators that you can find there:
- Bank: Total balance of your open bank accounts.
- Sales: Amount of unpaid invoices, orders to process (drafts), quotes to sign.
- Expenses: Expense notes awaiting payment.
- Projects and Tasks: Number of open projects, tasks assigned to you or overdue.
If an indicator needs your attention (like overdue tasks or unpaid invoices), the corresponding tile will often appear with an alert color for better visibility.
Customization and Shortcuts
Because each user has different needs, HtkDoli’s dashboard is customizable.
Edit dashboard
You can choose which tiles to display and in what order.
- By clicking on the customization option (the edit button), you access a screen allowing you to rearrange the displayed tiles or hide those that are not useful to you.
- Hidden tiles can be reactivated at any time from this screen.
- Your viewing preferences are saved locally and associated with your profile.
Data refresh
The dashboard displays the latest data synchronized with your Dolibarr server. You can trigger a data refresh to update all indicators.
