HtkDoli offers a modern, intuitive and fast interface to interact with the data in your Dolibarr instance, directly from your iPhone or iPad. It aims to provide a fluid native experience, optimized for mobile use.
The application covers a wide range of Dolibarr functionalities, organized into clear modules corresponding to the different facets of your activity: commercial management, purchasing, products, projects, finance and human resources.
Architecture and operation
HtkDoli’s architecture is based on key principles guaranteeing performance, security and flexibility:
Offline mode (Offline-first)
The app is designed to work seamlessly even without an internet connection:
- Local synchronization: Data is stored locally on your device. You can view, search, and even create new items while you’re off-grid.
- Background synchronization: As soon as the connection is reestablished, HtkDoli automatically synchronizes your changes to the Dolibarr server and retrieves the latest updates, thus guaranteeing the integrity of your data.
Multi-account and Profile Management
HtkDoli supports advanced management of multiple profiles:
- Multi-profiles: You can configure several accounts, corresponding for example to different Dolibarr instances or different companies.
- Strict data isolation: Each profile has its own isolated local database. Data (cache, sessions, preferences) does not communicate between profiles, ensuring complete security and confidentiality.
The concept of MVP (Minimum Viable Product)
HtkDoli was developed using an iterative approach. Its initial version, or MVP, focuses on the essential and most used functionalities of Dolibarr to meet critical mobility needs.

- If a functionality seems blocked or invisible in the application, make sure you have the necessary rights in the configuration of your Dolibarr.
