Warehouses and Stocks Module

The HtkDoli Warehouses module allows you to manage your storage locations and track the movements of your products. It is directly linked to the inventory management functionalities of your Dolibarr instance.

Interface and Features (List)

The main view displays the list of all your warehouses.

Consultation and Research

Overview: Each line presents key information about the warehouse: its status (Open or Closed) with a color code (green/gray), its label, its reference, as well as its location (city and postal code).
Search: A search bar allows you to quickly find a specific warehouse by its name, its reference or its city.
Refresh: You can refresh the list to retrieve the latest data from Dolibarr.

Actions on the list

Quick creation: A floating button (”+”) at the bottom of the screen allows you to create a new warehouse.
Deletion: It is possible to delete a warehouse directly from the list (subject to the necessary rights in Dolibarr).

Detail View (Warehouse Sheet)

By touching a warehouse in the list, you access its detailed view, bringing together all of its information and actions.

General Information

Header: Displays the reference, status (Open/Closed), and full address of the warehouse.
Contact details: If provided, telephone and fax numbers are accessible.
Notes: Displays public and private notes associated with the warehouse.

Stock Management and Movements

Products in stock: The view lists the products currently stored in this warehouse, with for each: its reference, its description, the quantity present in this warehouse, and the overall total quantity.
Stock movements: The history of movements concerning this warehouse can be consulted (stock corrections, transfers, etc.).
Added movement: You can perform a “Stock Correction” or a “Stock Transfer” directly from HtkDoli. The interface allows you to select a product, define the type of movement (Add or Withdraw), the quantity, the destination warehouse (for a transfer), the unit price, and enter a label (eg: “Stock correction”).

Document management: A section allows you to consult the attached documents (GED) associated with the warehouse (eg: photos, plans, etc.).

Actions on the Warehouse

Via the action buttons (pencil to modify, or the three-point menu):

Modify: Edit the warehouse information (reference, name, description, status, address, contact details, notes).
Delete: Delete the warehouse.

Dolibarr business note: The creation, modification and deletion of warehouses or stock movements via HtkDoli depend on the permissions configured on your Dolibarr user account for stock management.
