Native mobile client for the Dolibarr ERP — iOS & iPadOS.

1. Data collected

HtkDoli does not collect any personal data on our servers. The application contains no analytics, advertising, or behavioral tracking SDK.

Data stored locally on your device

  • API key and Dolibarr server URL: stored in the secure iOS Keychain. They never leave your device.
  • Dolibarr data cache: synced data (third parties, invoices, products, etc.) is stored in a local encrypted database, isolated per profile.
  • User preferences: display and navigation settings, kept locally.

Network communication

HtkDoli communicates exclusively with the Dolibarr server you configured yourself, through Dolibarr's official REST API. No data passes through HTKapp servers.

2. Data sharing

We do not collect, sell, or share any data from the use of HtkDoli. Your data stays on your device and on your own Dolibarr server.

3. Security

Sensitive information (API key, credentials) is protected by the iOS Keychain. The local database benefits from iOS native encryption and is accessible only by HtkDoli.

4. Third-party services

HtkDoli integrates no third-party services (analytics, advertising, crash reporting). The only external connection is the one you establish to your own Dolibarr instance.

5. Your rights (GDPR)

The application sends us no data: on that side, there is nothing to access, rectify or delete.

When you write to us through the support form or by email, however, we keep your message and contact details for as long as it takes to handle your request. That processing is described in our legal notice: purpose, legal basis and retention period. You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of that data, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL.
